  • Starting the Project

  • Organizing and Preparing the Project

  • Carrying out the work

  • Closing the Project

 The cost and staffing level is low at Starting the project. The cost and staffing level increases during Organizing and preparing stage of Project Life Cycle. The cost and staffing level is highest during Carrying out the work phase of project life cycle. During closing the project stage , cost and staffing level decreases

 

Stakeholders influence , risk and uncertainity

Stakeholder influence , risk and uncertainity is highest during Starting the project stage. It decreases during Organizing and preparing stage. It further decreases during Carrying out the work stage as during this stage development and testing happens. It is lowest during Closing the project stage

Cost of Changes

Cost of Changes is lowestduring Starting the project stage. It increases during Organizing and preparing stage. It further increases during Carrying out the work stage due to lot of rework due to changes. It is highest during Closing the project stage.
